There are so many things that I like about the holiday season. One of my favorites, is the emphasis on giving and kindness.
One way that kindness and giving can be combined, is when we give gifts that give back.

2. Doctors Without Borders Mug
West Elm will donate 50% of the proceeds of this mug to Doctors Without Borders.
Doctors Without Borders providers volunteer doctors and nurses to countries and people who are challenged with “violence, neglect or catastrophe.”
3. Conscious Step Socks

11. Pura Vida Accessories
Pura Vida employs Costa Rica, El Salvador, India artisans to craft Pura Vida’s jewelry and accessories.

They are members of 1% for the Planet and $5 from every Charity Band sold goes to its supported charity.
21. Pela Phone Cases
Pela Phone Cases proud to manufacture cell phone cases and products made from sustainable bioplastics that are 100% compostable and biodegradable.
These cases are made of biopolymers, flax, recycled materials, and are free of BPA, lead, cadmium, and phthalates. A certified B-corp, Pela is dedicated to a smaller carbon foot print.

S’well‘s beautiful products are Certified B-Corp made and dedicated to eradicating plastic bottles and containers.
S’well partners with UNICEF and Lonely Whale for clean water educational projects and initiatives.

Prosperity Candle Company employs female refugees and artisans.
Each candle is hand poured. The fragrances are made of essential oils, and these candles are vegan!
These candles are not only gorgeous, but they are providing employment opportunities for woman here and abroad. Each candle comes with name of the woman who made it and a story card.
25. Purpose Jewelry

Purpose Jewelry is stylish, beautiful, and unique. They offer bracelets, ear rings, necklaces, and rings. They have something for any woman on your list.
If their selection weren’t enough to get excited about, Purpose Jewelry is crafted by woman rescued from human trafficking.

Giving the Gift of Giving Back
Giving back to others can come in so many forms, volunteering, giving money, and buying products that give back to a charity or non-profit.
I enjoy buying products and gifts that do good, but I also have been donating to Save the Children for over 20 years.
Save the Children is an organization that does so much to help the physical and mental health of children all over the world.
